We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, here's how we handle returns and refunds.

🔁 Return Eligibility

Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Eligible Items: Only items that are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging are eligible.
- Non-returnable Items: Personalized, custom, or print-on-demand products are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.  Customers must contact us within 30 days of receiving their order to request a return for defective or incorrect items. Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 30 days of return authorization. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

📦 Return Process

1. Contact Us by Email: customerservice@eosindustries.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Approval: If eligible, we’ll provide return instructions and a return address.
3. Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

💸 Refunds

- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: If the item is not in original condition or is returned late, a partial refund may apply.

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include photos of the issue.
- We’ll offer a free replacement or full refund, including shipping.
